Katherine Jean Bolduan also called Kate Bolduan by professional names is an American broadcast journalist. The most famous of her roles is that she's the host of CNN's morning show At This Hour. She was previously the co-anchor for CNN's morning shows New Day on weekdays and The Situation Room. Bolduan was a part of CNNs prize-winning coverage of the presidential 2012 and 2016 election. Bolduan has worked as a correspondent from Washington, DC who covered the activities of both Congress, the US House of Representatives and Senate. Bolduan was part of the Capitol Hill Unit and reported about congressional meetings and legislative proposals such as the debates of raising the limit of federal loans and the debates of the supercommittee. Additionally, she was a general assignment correspondent and reported on topics such as the Christmas Day terrorist attack of 2009, the Supreme Court's decision concerning Obamacare in 2010and and the implementation plan of the government stimulus plan in 2009 as well as various other news reports. In 2007 she was hired by CNN as a national correspondent in CNN New Source. As a CNN New source national correspondent covering breaking news, she reported on features and also produced feature stories for more than 800 affiliates of CNN Newsource.
